We combine multiple methods and approaches to perform integrated hydrogeological studies and spatiotemporal aquifer/reservoir monitoring. This includes geophysical site characterization for geothermal reservoirs.

Aquifer property characterizatoin
We have researched how to combine seismic data with well data to characterize confined aquifer properties (e.g., storativity and transmissivity) both on a basin-wide scale and finer scale. These methods can provide a passive way to characterize large basins, and can potentially provide more detailed heterogeneity when analyzing smaller aquifers.
We also research geodetic monitoring of aquifers with InSAR and GPS to monitor spatiotemporal changes in reservoir volume or subsidence. MORE INFORMATION ABOUT GEODETIC CHARACTERIZATION >>
